As pioneers in the field of pasta production, we chose the sailing ship as our emblem, symbol of the pursuit of excellence which has driven us to keep our traditions safe for almost two hundred years, while at the same time navigating towards innovation in the technology and quality areas.
While centuries have gone by, our own sailing ships would cross the seas in search of the finest wheat, today they help us remember how important it is to keep our vision and adventurous spirit alive. This philosophy is deeply rooted in our reality, and enables us to create a product with a level of quality constantly rising.
