- 180g Gnocchi N° 54 Agnesi
- 10 salted sardine Fillets
- 1/2 red or white onion
- Fresh milk, as required
- 1 bsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Lemon juice
Preparation
- Rinse the sardines slightly to remove all excess salt, then leave aside for about 30 minutes in a plate with fresh milk.
- In the meantime, chop the onion into thin slices. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a pan and brown the onion.
- Strain the sardines, add to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, creating a sauce.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes, drain and add to the pan with the sardine sauce. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice and serve.
